Amidst the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic, I sought solace in a spacious house with a studio within a small town. There, I delved into the realm of embroidery as an artistic investigation. Using cotton, canvas, and linen as my canvases, I employed Japanese golden silk threads to bring my visions to life. This exploration has left a mark on my artistic journey, inspiring future works. I discovered that embroidery offers a delightful avenue for sketching. I used generative art techniques; the computer calculated the patterns and guided the placement of each stitch.

I know the answer is somewhere in my work!
When I find it, I know the question.

Statement

Exploring the domains of form, color, and texture encapsulates the core of my artistic goals. In a world that celebrates diversity, it seems paradoxical that artists are often encouraged to confine themselves to a specific niche.
I resist such limitations. My creative philosophy is boundless—I create art driven by curiosity and inspiration, irrespective of the subject or material.
